PEOPLE protesting against access to Sandleford Park are to hold an Easter egg hunt today.
The Warren Road Access Easter Walk and Egg Hunt will meet at the junction of Andover Road and Warren road at 2pm.
Some children are expected to be dressed as Sandleford rabbits, the inspiration behind Richard Adam's book Watership Down.
The campaigners feel that Warren Road is an unsuitable access point for the 2,000 home development, waiting to be determined by West Berkshire Council.
Elsewhere, a chocolate and craft market will be held at Arlington Arts, Mary Hare School.

Or, if you're in the mood for music, vOx Chamber Choir will peform at St John the Evangelist Church, Newbury, at 4pm.
Conductor David Crown will guide the choir through modern choral classics including works by Eric Whitacre, Britten, Vaughan Williams and Frank Martin.

Palm Sunday walks will be held in North Hampshire today.
Led by the Bishop of Basingstoke, the Rt Rev David Williams, re-enactors dressed as Roman legionaries will walk through Silchester at 9.45am
Then the Bishop of Winchester, the Rt Rev Tim Dakin, will lead a procession from St Martin's School in East Woodhay to St Martin’s Church for an 11am service.
