White carpet heralds opening of Snowdrop Walk

First hint of coming spring is blossoming across Welford Park

IN A pristine prelude to spring, banks of snowdrops are blooming at Welford Park.

The grounds opened to the public last Thursday, January 26, for the well known ‘snowdrop walk.'

Visitors can stroll round the Snowdrop Woods and Spring Gardens until March 4, Wednesdays to Sundays between 8am and 4pm.
