West Berkshire and North Hampshire awake to snowy scenes

Autumn is drawing to a close on a snowy note in West Berkshire.

This weekend started and end with snow showers.

The first of the white stuff arrived on Saturday morning, along with strong winds, as Storm Arwen made its presence felt across the area.

And finishing as it began snow again began falling yesterday evening, continuing to come down heavily for several hours.

Residents across the district awoke this morning to find a covering still coating the ground and making for some beautiful photographs.
