Thames Valley Police appeals for witnesses after collision involving cyclist and car in Thatcham




Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist collided with a car in Thatcham.

The incident occurred at around 6.35pm on Wednesday, July 13, on the A4 in Thatcham, at the junction of Cox's Lane.

A cyclist, a man in his thirties, was involved in a collision with a dark coloured hatchback car.

The cyclist sustained minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment.

Investigating officer PC Justin Aylin-White, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, based at Three Mile Cross police station, said: “If anyone has any information about the incident, please call 101 or make a report online, quoting reference number 43220309672.

“Also, if you have any CCTV footage in the area or any dash-cam footage if you were in the area around the time, I’d also ask that you check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist our investigation.”
