Witnesses sough after man exposes himself in Cold Ash

At 11.58am, a 25-year-old woman was waiting at the bus stop in Cold Ash Hill, next to Southend, when a man walked past.
He then returned walking in the opposite direction a few minutes later.
The man then mumbled something to the victim and indecently exposed himself after which he pulled up his trousers and walked off towards Billington Way estate.
The offender is a white man, around 5ft 7ins, with brown eyebrows and possibly brown eyes.
He was wearing a black hooded top, black tracksuit bottoms and a grey hat.
