Witnesses sought following Thatcham burglary and car theft

Between 11.15pm and 1am on Thursday (17) and Friday (18) offenders broke into a property in Alston Mews and stole the car keys of a grey Vauxhall Zafira, S9 MXU.
The offenders drove off with the car.
The car was later found burnt out at about 1am in Pingewood, Reading.
Dc Bethany Potter of Newbury police station said: “I would like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, who saw the vehicle being driven erratically or anyone who lives near the location where the car was found who may have seen or heard something”.
