Witnesses sought following this morning's serious M4 crash
Police were called at just after 11am to reports that a white DEMM minibus had overturned on the westbound carriageway between junctions 12 (Theale ) and 13 (Chieveley).
A 25-year-old man was airlifted to Southampton General Hospital with serious injuries.
One other person was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital with minor injuries and 10 other people received treatment at the scene for minor injuries
The westbound M4 was completely closed until 2pm while vehicle recovery took place.
The eastbound carriageway was also closed for a short time to allow the air ambulance to land.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them on the 101 non-emergency number, quoting URN 522 20/4
