Mortimer Common woman Sarah Chilcott accused of threatening Rawlings family from Thatcham

A WOMAN has been sent to the crown court charged with threatening members of another family.
Sarah Chilcott appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, January 10.
The 42-year-old, of The Bevers, Mortimer Common, is accused of affray in that she used or threatened unlawful violence to three members of the Rawlings family in Thatcham on October 31, 2022.
She is further charged with causing criminal damage to a front door belonging to Holly Rawlings on the same occasion.
Magistrates said the matter would be sent to Reading Crown Court to be dealt with by a judge and, in the event of a trial, by a jury on a date to be fixed.
Ms Chilcott was meanwhile released on unconditional bail.
