At a previous court hearing in July, the 47-year-old, of Coldharbour Road, Hungerford, denied committing a common assault on Maria Atas.

She further pleaded not guilty to having an offensive weapon, namely a sledgehammer, and to causing criminal damage to a door belonging to Ms Atas.

All the offences were said to have been committed in Park Way, Hungerford, on Wednesday, July 12.

At her most recent appearance at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 15, Ms Tee, who was legally represented by Katy Fourie, changed her pleas and admitted the assault, criminal damage and offensive weapon charges.

She continued to deny using violence to enter a property, knowing that there was someone present on those premises who was opposed to the said entry, and that charge was dismissed.

Ms Tee also has previous convictions for offences including driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and for causing a traffic accident when she drove while high on drugs.

Magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports to be prepared on an ‘all options’ basis, including custody.

Ms Tee was meanwhile granted bail on condition she does not contact her victim or go within a 50m radius of a specified address in Park Way.
