Woman assaulted in Thatcham alley
The 49-year-old was walking down Green Lane and when she approached Meadow Close she was grabbed from behind by two men.
They took her into an alley, pushed her to the ground and kicked her.
The woman was left bruised but did not require hospital treatment.
Both offenders are described as white, aged in their late teens and slim.
They were wearing dark coloured hooded tops with the hoods up and dark coloured trousers. One of the offenders had pock marks on his face.
Police think that the suspects would have been in the Bath Road area near Crown Mead stores prior to the assault and they were see to run off in this direction also.
The assault took place between 6.10pm and 6.20pm on Friday, January 9.
