Reading Magistrates' Court: Calcot motorist drank more than three times limit
A WOMAN was caught behind the wheel after drinking more than three times the legal limit.
In the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, June 1, was Susan Jennings.
The 55-year-old, of Rushmoor Gardens, Calcot, admitted driving a Ford Focus near her home on Tuesday, February 8, after drinking more than the legal limit.
Tests showed 122mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in her system.
The legal limit is 35mcg.
Ms Jennings was made subject to a 12-month community order with an alcohol treatment requirement.
In addition, she was ordered to complete 40 hours unpaid community work, to pay £85 costs and to pay a statutory victim services surcharge of £95.
Finally, Ms Jennings was banned from driving for 30 months.
