The raffle, which is online only, will be held through Facebook.

The Thatcham resident said the raffle was set up in 2020 to add a bit of cheer and excitement whilst raising money for charity.

Since then it has raised nearly £10,000 for eight charities including Breast Cancer Now, Childline, Newbury Cancer Care, and Trussell Trust.

She said: “In the first lock down I came up with the idea of holding an online raffle which I hold live in her living room via Facebook, firstly raising money for NHS together in April 2020.”

There are currently 80 prizes including vouchers from High Score Arcade, Wellington Country Park, food and drink prizes as well as the star prize of a four-night getaway to Yorkshire.

More information can be found on the Facebook group ‘The big online fundraising raffle’.

It will be drawn live on Facebook at 7pm on April 25.
