Newbury woman Rosalinda Carter not guilty of criminal damage





A WOMAN has been acquitted of trying to cause hundreds of pounds worth of damage to a man’s car.

In September, Rosalinda Carter, 40, of Middle Close, Newbury, entered a plea of not guilty to trying to cause £500 worth of damage to a Tesla car belonging to Mark Donovan in Newbury on Sunday, January 1.

Then, on Monday, November 16, the prosecution at Reading Magistrates’ Court offered no evidence.

The charge was formally dismissed.
