Woman left injured as driver fails to stop following M4 collision

The incident occurred on the eastbound carriageway at 6.39am when the car collided with a silver Renault Megane, which then hit a van parked on the hard shoulder.
The saloon did not stop at the scene.
The driver of the Megane, a 24-year-old woman from Lyneham, in Wiltshire, was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading, where she was treated for minor injuries and released.
