Lucy Vince from Leckhampstead convicted of Newbury sexual assaults
A WOMAN has been sentenced for sexually assaulting both a male and a female.
Lucy Vince appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, July 18.
The 31-year-old, of The Thicket, Leckhampstead, was convicted of sexually touching a woman when she did not consent.
She was also convicted of the same offence in respect of a male.
Next, Ms Vince was convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her.
Finally, she was convicted of assaulting an emergency worker in the course of her duty by beating her.
All the offences took place in Newbury on July 31 last year.
Ms Vince, who was legally represented by Jeremy Yuille, was made subject to a 12-month community order with a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement.
No order was made for costs but Ms Vince was ordered to pay a statutory victim services surcharge of £114.
