Yellow weather warnings for South East on Sunday

The warning comes after predictions that rain forecast for the west of England will turn to snow as it travels to the east throughout the day.
The region has been issued a yellow warning, which urges residents to "be aware" of the weather situations.
Maps released by the Mat Office do not show West Berkshire as being at high risk of snow on Sunday, but has forecast sleet on Monday.
