Charity Young People and Children First to hold fun run at Greenham Common
Fairy wings and running boots will be at the ready this weekend for a charity run in aid of Young People and Children First (YPACF).
The children's charity, which aims to help vulnerable young people, is hosting the fun run at Greenham Common on Sunday.
The money raised is to go towards upgrading a bathroom at a new charity property.
YPACF encourages the whole family to get involved in the event and is hoping to see people of all ages, including dogs on leads, for the 3km walk, jog or run.
Fancy dress has also been welcomed and refreshments will be available to purchase with tea and cake on offer.
Runners, or walkers, are requested to arrive between 10.15am and 10.45am, with start times being staggered between 10.30am and 11am.
The start line is a short walk from Greenham Business Park where YPACF vehicles may be parked.
The route will follow paths, so off-road pushchairs can be brought. The charity has asked that children are supervised at all times.
A maximum of 50 runners are permitted at the event, with tickets available at https://www.jumblebee.co.uk/YPACFFunRun
