Young people's views wanted

Young people in West Berkshire can help shape the topics up for debate at the UK Youth Parliament next month

YOUNG people in West Berkshire are being asked for their views on the biggest issues currently affecting them.

Ballot papers are currently being made available in the district's schools for young people between the ages of 11 and 18 to vote on the key issues from the Youth Manifesto, with the top five topics as voted for by young people across the country, then being discussed by the UK Youth Parliament at the House of Commons next month.

West Berkshire's Member of Youth Parliament (MYP), Cameron Smyth, will join MYPs from across the country at the debate in Westminster on November 4.
