NEWBURYTODAY.CO.UK users are being offered a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes at Newbury's Parkway development.

On Sunday, March 6, developers Standard Life Investments will open the doors to the 475,000 sq ft mixed-use retail and residential development to provide members of the public with a sneak peek at the new complex, which is due to open in October.

The team at Parkway will be giving guided tours of about 30 minutes between 10am and 1pm and there are limited spaces available for these, which are available on a first come first served basis.

A maximum of four tickets will be available per application and visitors must be available between 10am and 1pm.

Successful entrants are advised to wear suitable footwear and clothing for the tour, which involves concrete stairs with no lift alternative, making access difficult for buggies and wheelchairs.

SLI have asked that anyone with a disability advises so in their application, adding that they will do all they can to facilitate a tour.

People must pre-register their interest by noon on Friday, February 25 by emailing names and ages of group members to: Parkway@halogenuk.com

SLI say they reserve the right to refuse entry to the site.
