All-in-one golf club trialled in Kingsclere

A new 33-in-1 golf club is currently available for trial at Sandford Springs Golf Club

A NEW all-in-one golf club is currently available for trial at Sandford Springs Golf Club in Kingsclere.

The 33-in-1 golf club, which has been made by American company Hammacher Schlemmer, has different settings that at the turn of a dial can tilt the head and convert the club from a putter into an iron, wood or a wedge.

Members are currently able to trial the club at three Leaderboard Golf venues, including Sandford Springs, Chart Hills in Kent and Dale Hill in East Sussex, although none of these venues are selling or endorsing the product.

Leaderboard Golf chairman, Paul Gibbons, said that in the spirit of innovation, Leaderboard Golf felt duty-bound to offer its members the chance to test the club, adding that it would let them be the judges of whether it was a fad or an invaluable addition to the game.
