The Oxfordshire village side were soon 12-0 up with tries from Pip Seymour and Tom Grey, Henry Colver kicking the first of his 11 conversions before Blues lost scrum half Dominic Payne to injury.
But they bit back with two tries, Josh Love going through for the first, converted by Dan Thorne, and Matt Spencer striking within three minutes.
