Newbury lock chosen for first England Counties under 20 squad to face Scotland
NEWBURY Rugby Club lock forward Ben West has been named in the first England Counties under 20 squad to face Scotland at West Park Leeds next month.
West, a regular first-teamer and a member of the Colts side that reached the National Cup semi-finals this week, impressed for the South West under 20s in divisional matches and earns his call-up as one of 12 South West players in the new squad.
The game with Scotland will be played on Friday, May 6 with a 7.30pm kick off.
