Blues Ben earns England Counties under 20 run-out while winger Joseph gets World Championship call

NEWBURY lock Ben West came on as a substitute as the England Counties under 20 side lost 18-15 to Scotland at West Park Leeds on Friday night.

And former Newbury junior Jonathan Joseph is in the full England under 20 squad for this summer's Junior World Championship in Italy.

The London Irish back is one of 26 who will kick off against Ireland in Treviso on Friday, June 10 before going on to face Scotland and South Africa in group matches.

The final is to be played in Padova on Sunday, June 26.
