Leaders in a spin at Falkland

Falkland had Hampshire’s Hamza Riazuddin back in action and after the hosts had slipped to 17-2, he reached a half-century alongside Sam Piper (40), before both were out-scored by Bruce Martin with 74 of Falkland’s 211 total.
They used up the full 60 overs to get that however, leaving Slough to negotiate 50 in return. Martin claimed tow early successes before Bobby Sher hit out to score 58. But Falkland spinners George Trewby and Bobby Zafar plugged away to take 2-28 and 4-59 respectively to keep Falkland on top before the last pair survived to take Slough to 183-9.
They continue to head the table with Falkland 15 points behind in fifth spot.
