Newbury Racecourse offers free tickets and discounts to locals




Newbury Racecourse has announced a series of exclusive offers for those living close to the Berkshire track.

This is the latest in a series of initiatives introduced by the Racecourse to make its racing experiences as accessible as possible.

The new offers are geared around super-discounted £10 tickets for a number of standout racedays in 2025.

To celebrate the introduction of these new discounts, those living locally are also able to claim a pair of complimentary tickets to the Dubai Duty Free Spring Trials on Friday 11th April.

Designed for those living immediately in and around the Racecourse, the offers can be enjoyed by those residing in the areas covered by the postcodes RG7, RG14, RG17, RG18, RG19, RG20 and RG26.

The Dubai Duty Free Spring Trials also sees a craft beer festival hosted at the Racecourse, with the free tickets on offer entitling access to both the racing and the beer festival.

In addition to the complimentary ticket offer for Friday 11th April, those living locally can make the most of super-discounted £10 tickets for the following racedays:

Summer Evening Series with The 70s Disco – Thursday 3rd July

Summer Evening Series with The Wild Wild West - Thursday 10th July

Summer Evening Series with The Ibiza Beach Club - Thursday 24th July

BetVictor Flat Finale with Oktoberfest – Friday 24th October

BetVictor Christmas Raceday – Wednesday 17th December

Those residing in the listed postcodes can purchase up to four £10 tickets for each raceday while Under 18s go free to Dubai Duty Free Spring Trials on Friday 11th April, all of the racedays listed above and 27 racedays in total in 2025.

All those eligible for the offers will receive details through the post in the week commencing 17th March while further information on the offers, who’s eligible and how to redeem the offers can be found at www.newburyracecourse.co.uk/localoffers.

2025 is set to be Newbury’s biggest ever year of music, with the Racecourse hosting four music racedays this summer.

Pop icons Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Ella Henderson will perform live after racing on Saturday 19th July (Weatherbys Super Sprint Day), before Bjorn Again visit on Friday 15th August and Clean Bandit take to the stage on Saturday 16th August (Hungerford Day).

BRIT-award winner James Bay rounds off the huge summer of music, performing live after racing on Saturday 20th September (Dubai Duty Free International Weekend).
