Relegated Blues start at home

Weston Super Mare the first opponents in reduced 14-team league

NEWBURY BLUES will mark their return to South West regional rugby with a home game against Weston Super Mare.

The Division Three South West campaign will kick off on Saturday, September 3 after which Blues will make the short trip to Oxford Harlequins.

Exmouth and Amersham and Chiltern are their other opponents in the first month of the season, in which only 14 teams will compete.

November - 12 Redingensians (H); 19 Bridgwater and Albion (A).

December - 3 Chinnor (H); 10 Old Patesians (A); 17 Oxford Harlequins (H).

January 2012 – 7 Exmouth (A);14 Amersham and Chiltern (H); 21 Barnstaple (A); 28 Bournemouth (H).
