Zara Ryan's string of performances clinched the 12-year old age group with a points total of 2365 while her club-mate was a creditable seventh with 1494 points in her first season competing at this level.

Millie Pope swam a succession of personal bests, starting by blitzing four seconds from her 100m freestyle time in 1:11.63 to finish seventh in her age group. She then took three seconds off her 200m freestyle time in the heats stage in a time of 2:33.66 and knocked a further 1.22 seconds off her best in the final to finish fifth in 2.32.44.
