Town do a treble

Thatcham Town moved into the top half of the table after their third straight home win on Saturday

THATCHAM Town recorded their third straight home league win as they moved back into the top half of the Division One South and West table with a 3-0 beating of Paulton Rovers at Waterside Park.

All of the goals came after the break with James Clark maintaining his hot streak by firing home the opener and man of the match Mark Hughes setting up Marc Green for the second goal.

Substitute Sean Cook completed the tally when he netted his first goal since returning for the club, in the final moments.

Thatcham are back in action tomorrow (Tuesday) when they travel to North Leigh.
